▶ Your Answer :
These days it seems that the number of
people who try to learn various languages at an early age has increased by the
effect of globalization. Naturally, it is claimed that language skills can be acquired
more effectively by younger than older. I firmly disagree with this opinion. In this essay the reasons will be addressed
as the follows. To start with, to learn a language effectively
it is the most crucial necessity for all people to be surrounded with the
environment with the language they want to learn rather than the age. It seems
that most people misunderstand and have a fear of learning language, although
it is not up to the age but surrounding, endeavor and desire toward the
language. To be a native speaker, people just need to constantly practice
repeating and use that language continually, which means that the ability to adapt
fast to the language is more significant element in order to speak fluently. Therefore,
how old people are does not matter for acquiring new language.
Furthermore, to do more precise and high
level of expression, learning new language is likely to be a bit harsh on the
younger than the older. Because relatively children have little abundant experience
and acknowledge, it is inevitable for the young people to be at the some errors
in communication and understanding such as grammar. Thus, my idea about these
arguments is that learning languages is seen easier for the adults.
In conclusion, I would say the phenomenon,
in which recently a number of parents try to educate their children to be good
at various language even at the early age, is not the right way for the better
education ultimately. Thus, fluency and advance in a language depend on their
endeavor and what place they are living in and then that is the most critical
conditions for learning language effectively rather than the age.
