A job should be award according to the qualifications of an individuals, not base on a gender. If the ability is similar between women and men, but women can't catch a jobs of high positon, the government should be assigned some percentage of job to women.

There are three reasons why the government should do like above.

Firstly, There is no doubt that the women and men has equal right about getting a job, so it should be adjusted to high level jobs. Women should have a chance of working high position with men instead of getting a discrimination.

Nowadays it is true that the most part of high position jobs are given by men. So Government should give an opportunity women to work like men.

Secondly, If women is given some percentage of work by government, they can represent women's right for women in their position. Sometimes people discriminate women because they are women. In this case the women claim their right, but nobody can help them. So high position women's can help them to solve the problem.

Some people believe that the government give women a certain percentage of jobs is distinctive men, too. But you should grasp what the government give women is. It is giving a chance of working to women who have a qualification irrespective of gender.

Therefore , Equall opportunities for all regardless of gender should be done. So the government should consider about establishing law for assignment a certain percentage of jobs for women.
