To be specific, hiking became the most famous activity in 2010 with 80% of figure after a steady growing tendency from 1980s. Likewise, surfing the internet also experienced constant increase in its figure from 5% in 1980 to 50% in 2010 which is ten times bigger figure than 1980.

which was the largest in 1980 with 60 percentage point reached its peak at 2000
with 70 percentage figure and slightly decreased to the figure of 65% as the
second famous free time activity after hiking in 2010. The statistics regarding
elderly people who enjoyed reading also became double from 30% to 60% after
some fluctuations in the given period. Meanwhile, the proportion of senior
citizens went to movie decreased from the figure of 50% to the figure of 45%
making it as the least loved free time activity among five given types of
activities in 2010.
