satisfaction to company is really important because it is directly relate to a
working efficiency. So, some companies have been made various policies for
their employees. However, sometimes it seemingly tends to not work very well
because they are inclined to look down some basic factors. So I am going to
discuss for encouraging employees` satisfaction.
First of all, companies should offer an
incentive to employees within precise criteria. For instance, if one company`s
revenue increased by 10 per cent, the company should give the incentives to
their staff rationally. In this case, the company has to recognize some staffs
who worked harder than others, and they need to give more incentive to them. If
companies set this discriminative incentive policy, their staffs will be
satisfied with this and they will strive to work very hard.
Secondly, the company should guarantee a
long vacation for employees. Most employees are inclined to get bored when they
keep working very hard. So to refresh their mind and stir their working efficiency,
vacation will be good option for dealing with it. However the vacation should
offer to staffs equally contrast to incentive policy. Because taking rest is
one of human rights, so it shouldn`t be discriminated.
To conclude, employee’s
satisfaction is crucial factor in the work place nowadays. Of course, there
would be nicer option that what I suggested. However, these two options are
basic solution for the employees. Companies should not look down these
fundamental things. |
