▶ Your Answer : I feel the most important aspect to staying healthy is having an active life. Exercise ha always played a vital role in both my physical and mental well-being. When I go to the gym during the week, I concentrate on exercise that will improve my syamina and increase my heart rate. I also try to go by foot to destination that are within walking distance intead of taking public transportation. On weekends I enjoy playing a variety of sports. There are always pick up basketball games on my neighborhood court and my friends rountinely meet to go rollerblading. Exercise is not the only means for an active lifestyle. Having hobbies and studying are both activities that stimulate the mind and promote mental awareness. For example, learning a second language has kept my mind sharp whilie being a source of enjoyment in my life. |
