The bar
graph gives information about the total number of annual school trips made by
children aged 5-12 using five different types of transports in two years 1990
and 2010.
Overall,
there was a big shift of commuting ways for school children between 1990 and
2010. The number of trips on foot was the highest to travel to school (이미 문단 내에서 비슷한 표현이 있었으므로, 이 경우에는 생략이 가능하고, 또한 그렇게 해주는 것이 좋습니다.) in 1990
but after 2 decades, the number dropped significantly. Meanwhile, taking a car the number of car rides to school became dominant in 2010.
There was
only one type of transport that the number of school trips increased for the
given period. The number of travelling made by car rose far more than doubled
from slightly more than 4 millions to around 11 millions. In contrast, there
was a dramatic drop in the number of school trips by walking, dipping almost
halved at 6 millions in 2010. (거의 반이 아니라, 반 이상이 떨어졌죠.)
Similar to
walking, the number of trips using cycling, walking and bus and bus in 1990 were
relatively higher than the number of trips in 2010. In 1990, just above 6
millions trips were made by cycling then this dipped dramatically about a third in
2010. The figures for walking and bus and bus declined by about 3.5 millions
point and 2 millions point (아마 percentage point 생각하시고 작성하신 것 같은데, 이 경우에는 해당되지 않습니다. 비율 수치 간 차이를 드러낼 때에만 적용되는 개념이죠.) respectively during the two decades.
