The first chart is about Sodium. 43% of sodium came from dinner, being followed by lunch, which was 29%. The percentages of the breakfast and lunch were the same with only 14%.
Like sodium, people in USA consumed the most saturated fat from dinner with 37%. Lunch came next with 26% which was followed by snacks with 21% and breakfast with 16%.
The most added sugar was consumed from snacks with 42%. This is followed by dinner with 23%,lunch with 19% and breakfast with only 16%.
