▶ Your Answer : There are many options on whether undergraduated students should be educated about job skills or not. As economic recesstion is being kept and technology is being developed, corporations want the candidates to have high faculties for their jobs. Companies force them to multitask covering various missions. Thus, a lot of job seekers feel difficult to find a position. They pay for another extra money for computer skills or language abilities in order to upgrade their background, although they already spend a large amount of money for tuition fees. It has become serious social problems. That is because the students who cannot controle all the costs rely on their parents. As usual household do not afford to pay for all the money, it comes to domestic debts. Of course, I do not think the education in a university is for individuals' occupations, but social trends are changed. According to the changes, universities have to be differed as well. Not they only give information about job offers, but they also teach students how to deal with basic work when they have a mission from a boss. There are many critics which do not fit in real social activities between learning at schools and workplaces. It leads to difficulties adopting to work, and some new workers give up their jobs. Some people who graduated from auniversity even also have trouble with communication skills at work. It means only scholastic education is not the best way in education systems. Now young people are becoming passive on their work, and so, university institutes ought to widen their contents for pupils' education. In conclusion, many pupils feel the shortage of knowledge in colleges, when they try to look for a good job. They pay for the tuition fees, and therefore, a college has the duties on meeting their requirements. I belive that universities have to be based on the stepping proceeding to the society. |
