It is better for children to grow up in the countryside than in a big city. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
Some people have been worried about living in rural areas with young children, but I firmly agree with this following question statement. The reason why is there are lots of merits when growing in the areas instead of big cities.
First of all, the countryside is a safer place for children to grow up than the big development areas. To more detail, young children who live in there can enjoy more outdoor activities with less pollution because of fewer cars or factories. Also, everyone already knows this truth but, I would like to mention it. It is the difference in the volume of fine dust between cities and the countryside. Most rural areas are surrounded by lots of trees and plants which can help air more clearly.
Secondly, it has better ways to teach children a sense of community. In fact, usually rural people are quite friendly with neighbors compared to city people because business people in a big area have a tough schedule and they do not want to know someone deeply. Furthermore, one of the biggest differences is the rural people are likely to familiar to share things about their daily lives. For example, I have an experience when I was in elementary school. I spent holiday with neighbors during living with my grandparents who have lived in the countryside. Even if it was the first meeting time that I know the neighbors, it was not a big deal to hang out together.
In conclusion, I support this idea that living in the countryside has more positive ways than in a big city because there are things that able to make allowing safety areas for kids to play outside and good teaching of community skills.
