Firstly, the foreign employees can earn big amount salary rather than when they just lived in their natural countries. Aside from the money problem, they also can contact with newly developed technologies, and can make good relationships with various types of great experts in their fields. Furthermore, they can enjoy more convenient lifestyle in the countries where they stay. Everything of those benefits will be motivations for their business performance.
Of course, it is true that this phenomenon is directly related with the shortage phenomena of skilled human resources. However, it can be solved by various types of ways, for instance, investment for industries and providing conditional scholarships for elite students which are related with work after graduation. If using those ways, then the poor countries cannot lose their high quality workers.
