Your Answer ▼ Of late, one of the most significant discussions in capitalism is money. Regarding this issue, if, on the one hand, it can be said that there are a range of benefits when people make a lot of money, it can also be said that the drawback of making a lot of money should not be ignored. The purpose of this essay is to examine both viewpoints with an understandable conclusion.
There are those with a belief that making money is pretty positive in many aspects. The primary ground that is clear to see behind their argument is that more and more people are finding it increasingly possible for them to be happy by buying whatever they want in materialism, provided that money talks in modern society. Another crucial element why they believe the contention is that money is seen as a great contributory factor in people's motivation. The most compelling evidence of this we cannot overlook is that quite many employees would like to work for famous companies such as Apple and Google, because of better payment.
Form the other standpoint, others are not content with the aforementioned benefits; they insist that focusing on money only is not only negative but also disadvantageous in happiness. Primarily, anyone can see that caring only about money is associated with breaking people's relationship Such being the case, it is no exaggeration to say that someone may become rich, yet they would lose important things. What is also worth noticing is that following the money is considered to be the root of evils. From the point of view, it follows that some people would even commit crimes for money and crimes would be the opposite meaning of happiness.
Without going in circles. I am inclined to be of the same opinion that money is definitely important for happiness in capitalism, however, it is not everything for happiness. |
