The pie graphs give information on mean proportion in daily meals of three sorts of nutrients which might cause lots of problems to our health if eaten enormously in the USA. Overall, it is evident that, while breakfast accounts for the most least percentages in three types of nutrients like Sodium, Saturated fat, and Added sugar, Dinner take up almost 40 percentages in Sodium and Saturated fat. In contrast, when it comes to Added sugar, Snacks are mostly taken from Snacks, with 42 percentages.
On the other hand, it is noteworthy that the consumption of Sodium and Saturated fat illustrates a similar pattern. Both intake of Sodium and Saturated fat is mainly by Dinner table, reaching for nearly 40 percentages of every meals. In addition, through Lunch time, Sodium and Saturated fat are consumed more than 25 percentages in normal meals. Meanwhile, mean proportions of Added sugar shows different trend. The amount of consumption by Snacks accounts for almost doubled of that of Lunch and Dinner respectively.
