<The
Potential Disadvantages of the Increase of Car Use in the Regions>
In some countries, there are is the problem of
increases of the local traffic because residents utilize their cars to go to
out-of-town stores, which are usually much larger than town-center shops. This phenomenon
can have some advantages. However, I personally (이렇게 쓰면 불필요한 쉼표 하나를 줄일 수 있습니다.) personally, I hold the view that the
disadvantages outweigh the advantages because severe imbalance will be caused. The
detailed reasons are presented in the following paragraphs.
If this change persists without any
regulations, town-center stores will totally fall behind and the imbalance of
the economy in the local city will be more severe. The city may be split into
two parts, the hot spots that the economic circulations are very active and the
regions that all companies are reluctant to establish their buildings. Once the
people have been to large out-of-town stores, they are likely to visit there
again due to the modern and convenient facilities, and then the phenomenon may
become worse.
Furthermore, the raising rising number of using
cars will result in the confusion in local society. The large traffic must
cause another other problems such as the environmental pollution, increase of
accidents, and lack of the parking lots. People will not be able to manage
their time because of serious traffic jam and the city may be endangered by the
air pollution such as smog due to the car emissions.
In other words, the change in the given
statement will lead to some massive problems, for example, the intense
concentration of the economic activity on specific region and problems brought
about by the great mass of traffic. Therefore, in this case, the disadvantages can be seen as (고칠 게 없어서 msg라도 쳐드렸습니다.) are more remarkable than the advantages.
