To begin with, writing letters is more beneficial to convey the meaning exactly because, the visible things, such as letters or pictures, do not make other people confused compared with speaking. For example, in phone call, when some people said their address, which is included alphabet 'P', listeners might be confused it is 'P' or 'B'. However, using text makes sure what people wants to say.
On the top of that, texting should remember for a long time because, writing letters remains permanent unless erasing or destroying memos. For instance, if people makes appointments with their friends on the phone call, people will forget details about appointment, which is time, place of date over time. As I mentioned before, text remains permanent so that is why people recommend to memo.
To sum up, writing makes people clear to convey the meaning and memory for a long time compared with speaking. Moreover, in order to developing communication, both of writing and speaking is essential. For these reasons, writing letters is still necessary in modern communication. |
