Your Answer ▼ It is a common belief that the best way to succeed is being an expert on a single part area. However, I firmly believe that people should concentrate skills more than one and it can help them achieve what they want.
To begin with, focusing only on a single skill let people being discouraged, making them feel be bored. Whoever trains the sole technique, they can lose the interest of it as if when people eat chocolate cake on every meal, they will be sick of it. Even this case cause people to have a negative mind on setting goals. Take an example, students can learn how to polish a skill in the school and my friend among them wanted to be a businessman. So, he took a business administration but he felt ennui as time goes on. For this reason, he took another major which is linked to each other, studying both subjects with ho any tedium.
On top of that, even if people concentrate on a single skill, there is no certain guarantee that it is the optimal way to success. Being ready to take skills has higher probability to achieve rather than an only single skill. Also, people should take another technique because they do not know what they need in the future. For instance, in the school, my art teacher had a talent and skill on how to pain well but still, she did not good at teaching her students. So, she has learned a teaching skill either and then she can succeed to being art teacher finally. In fact, taking two techniques is more beneficial to her.
To sum up, concentrating on a few skills more than on helps people take a goal more attractive and increases the possibility to success. For these reasons, I disagree with being professional on one skill is the optimal way to achieve goals.
