The table presents the portion of using different four types of resources to create electricity in the five Asian countries in 2005. Overall, significant differences can be seen in percentage of main resources in each country by counrty.
Firstly, Nuclear(대문자 불필요) was used in 4 countries. The highest use of Nuclear was seen in Japan at 49%, with South Korea as second use following at 33% while Thailand did not use it at all. Malaysia largely leaned on Coal and Lignite, as 61% of their electricity came from Coal and Lignite. Also, Sigapores' main resource of electricity is was(시제 통일해주세요) Coal and Lignite at 42%. In contrast, the remaining 3 countries, Thailand, South Korea and Japan, used Coal and Lignite lower than 6%. Regarding Petroleum products, they were used in highly in Thailand at 36% while other countries merely used it at under 3%. Turning to Hydro and wind, it they accounted for the highest place, 48%, in South Korea, with second place at 19% in Thailand. Finally, the other types fuel contributed well in all 5 countries minimum from 11% maximum to 42%. Especially, Thailand, Singapore, Japan used them at 42%, 39% and 39% respectively. |
