The plan above describes a public park named Grange, when it first opened in 1920, whereas the below one illustrates the park today.
In 1920, people could enter the park through two entrances, one located in the north where arnold avenue is, the other in the south where eldon street is. These days, however, one more entrance newly built for underground car parking.
In the center, there used to be a fountain, but replaced by a square shaped rose garden surrounded by four seats.
On the left side, along the arnold avenue and eldon streets, there were a stage for musicians and two rose gardens with right and left sides seats next to them. Today, amphitheatre replaced the stage, but it is available for concerts that can hold many audiences, and only one rose garden in the north has remained.
On the right side, there were a pond and a rose garden along Arnold avenue, while today, a cafe and a children’s play area took over that place. Near Eldon street, a water feature is now lying instead of a glass house.
