Some experts have noted that today’s citizens does not exercise regularly. This is becoming a serious problem because many average people are getting obese. It is important to encourage people to exercise regularly as a widely enjoyed activity to prevent health problems. Lots of people in modern society lack movement activities. As many jobs are done in front of a desk, many people hardly move throughout the day. It is easier to get obese along with serious health problems. Although most of people’s new year’s resolution is exercising, they tend to be discouraged easily if they do not get a result immediately. To see a result, requires enough time. Improvements in health are gradual, it cannot happen in one night. According to a recent survey, most people report the reason they do not work out is that they lack strong motivation and enough time. People choose to have enjoy entertaining activities rather than to do exercise. For this reason, most people become getting fatter than ever, as if they work out sooner or later. (무슨 의미로 써주신 걸까요?) To encourage more people to exercise regularly, people should develop their own exercise programs rather than to increase the intensity of exercise. They should find a balance between their body and time before people they get exhausted easily. Everyone has a different articular specification; thus, everyone must have a different exercise routine. They should set a goal that matches with physical fitness level and realistic routines. People should work out gradually and start exercising like 10 minutes a day and 2 or 3 times a week. After they have adjustments, it is necessary to increase their level of intensity with fixed exercise routines again gradually, not abrupt changes. It is important to have realistic solutions that differ from every single people person.
