Some people believe that some subjects which can benefit children’s artistic visions should be fundamental subjects. I personally agree with this view since nourishing a sense of art is also what schools should do for the young generation.
To begin with, it has been proved that the activities in art can help children to grow many abilities such as creativity, comprehension and even cognitive awareness in many studies. Because of that, some researchers recommend that children would have art lessons on a regular basis. Indeed, this will be the cornerstone to boost their wills to learning as well as motivate and inspire young people.
Secondly, it will provide good opportunities for students to find out their hidden talents or interests in the arts. Technically, each and every child has different categories where they can leverage their skill sets and have profits from their abilities, however, many people only prefer their offspring to have white-collar jobs. In fact, the old generation should encourage children to broaden their horizons and support them to expand their capacities.
Lastly, art lessons can refresh the stress of life. In modern society, even the young generation has hectic schedules and they often struggle to escape from the stressful life. While having different types of subjects from math or science, students can get out of a burden from studying and it will be beneficial for their mental health as well.
To conclude, the governments and institutions should make it mandatory to having art subjects. There are outweighed advantages in learning art.
