People believe that governments should make an effort to find new living
things in other planets, while others insist that governments have to solve
more realistic problems that have been happening on the earth. Before deciding
my decision, I need to scrutinize both perspectives.
There are those who assert that looking for a new life in space is
ultimately beneficial. It is true that many countries have been doing their
best to develop the quality of space technology because this is the easiest and
the most effective way to achieve hegemony from other countries. With this
developed technology, countries could lead other counterparts, while earning
tremendous revenue which is the base for the public’s living life. That is the
reason why since the Second World War, more and more governments have been
trying to improve their quality of science in the space. Moreover, if they find
more developed living beings, the government would get huge benefits by getting
unimaginable technology.
However, others reckon that there are already myriad problems that
governments should solve. Foremost, still many countries have been dealing with
the imbalance of wealth; thus, children who have been living in those nations
have suffered from the basic requirement that should be guaranteed for their
lives like freshwater, enough food and proper medical treatment. Furthermore, even
the masses who are living in the suitable environment have already been threatened threatening from the severe environmental problems such as global warming or
air pollution. All these serious issues are the ones that the government should
make getting better right away.
In conclusion, I think that looking for new life in the space is important
to develop technologies and make better revenue, however, all countries have
been dealing with the most urgent problems that should be solved right away
like the environmental issues or the imbalance of wealth. (그래서 최종적인 주장이 무엇인지 조금 더 직접적으로 표현해주셔야할 것 같습니다. 현재로써는 그냥 윗 본론의 요약만 된 것 같네요.) |
