In recent years, the number of students planning to study at a university are not choosing science subject, which increase have increased in some countries. As a result, some people believe the government should support the development science courses, while others argue that it is the responsibility of private industry. In this essay, I will examine both sides of the debate and explain why I agree with a compromise.
One reason why people believe that government must provide the right environment is to promote scientific research; such as, laws and grants,. One example of this is using technology like phones and transport, which require national( or, in this case, even satellite) infrastructure and linkages.
On the other hand, there are those who argue that it is the responsibility of the individual (개인과 private industry 를 동일선상에 놓고 작성하기에는 무리가 있습니다.) to invest in science. This is because the private sector can make huge profits through scientific and technological research without help of governments. (이 부분의 경우 '책임' 에 대한 내용이라기보다 '이익' 쪽에 쏠려있으므로 수정이 필요하고요.)
In conclusion, having looked at both arguments, I am of the view that both government and big business could should pay for scientific education and research. In addition, it must be done depending on the level of wealth of the country as a whole; the poorer the country, the more the private sector should pay.
