This kind of lack of basic education fails to raise proper work force that are necessary for technological industry, with foreign contries being reluctant to invest these countries. However, if the developing countries emphasize basic part, overall level of education would improve, which means that there are countless employees available to develop technology. As a result, investing basic education will become essential foundation of economic development.
However, on the other hand, others insist that investment on technology should be more encouraged in developing countries. As technology is rapidly developing globally, it is important to try to keep pace with it, in order not to lag behind. Moreover, Industries based on high technology could provide more job opportunities and income. It can seems to be ideal in underdeveloped countries. However, as mentioned above, the high-technology industry requires work force educated to some degree.
