On the other hand, some people insist that the probability of developing one’s vision is a more important element than money. Human, A person who consistently pursues or upgrades his goal, has a tendency to improve his one’s ability by practicing himself oneself in organization. It is not uncommon that a few professional experts involve low-cost works to learn the procedure of problem solving or master the know-how. Even though, one suffers from deficiency of money, one is finally able to upgrade his position in his field.
The role of CEO is to enhance the satisfaction of employee and to increase benefits of the company. At first, it seems that the relation between employee satisfaction and benefit growth has no correlation. But in deep consideration, one can understand that job satisfaction increases the allegiance for the company and this fidelity will stabilized stabilize the company’s competitiveness in its business area. Therefore, CEOs should classify the individual needs and make a strategy to enhance the degree of the satisfaction.
In conclusion, even though money is the an important factor of job satisfaction, vision promotion is more important. In a short term, the revenue for the job satisfaction seems to increase. But, in a long term, the return of investment will overtake the investment and give more benefits to the company.
