Sometimes people suffer physically because of heavy workload, and sometimes they suffer mentally because of unclear future. Fortunately, there are solutions that individuals can immediately adopt to fix their habits and then health.
People today live in a fast changing society. They already have many things to do at work but are required to do even more. They now have to train themselves to be more adaptive to new changes. They have to learn whatever is upcoming, even though they are not interested in it. They choose a busy life over a healthy one life because it is more beneficial to live this society. They are always ready to do something, and their body is extremely tense all the time. This leads to physical pain and diseases.

When people are busy working, the busyness numbs their body. If they do not have time for refreshing in the middle of work or a project, they might need a longer break to heal in the future. Having a holiday can immediately recharge energy to work more efficiently. A busy life will be a health one life when the busyness guarantees productivity at work.
There are also times that people mentally suffer. Some people believe that their hard work does not secure their future happiness. They habitually think in a negative way. This is because they live in a world full of uncertainty. It has an impact on people who want to achieve their dreams. Because of the uncertainty about future, they easily give up on their dreams and shift their interest whenever there is something better. They try to find their happiness from the future, not from the present.
People cannot simply change their negative thoughts by thinking positively. However, it is possible by acting positively. What is recommended is to start what they want, especially to start small. People feel frustrated when they try to achieve their dreams the first time. If they stop trying to do so and start small, they can more easily convince themselves that they can do what they want. This positive start will change their negative thoughts on their future.
