The two pie charts show the population of South Korea population in the past and how it is expected to change in the future, by four age groups.
Overall, it can be seen that the two middle age groups have been accounting (여기랑) for the majority of the population by 2050 while the oldest and youngest age groups have experienced (여기에 대해서는 알 수가 없는 사항입니다. 그냥 ~~로 예측된다라고만 적어주셔야 해요.) and will go through significant changes.
In 2000, the biggest portion of the population was adults between 40 and 59 years old (42%) at 42%, and the smallest percentage was seen at only 10% of the total regarding people over 60 years old, followed by the percentage of people from 0 to 19 years old as 15% (일일히 나열하지 않아도 됩니다.). It is notable that the combined percentage of oldest and youngest group was 25%, which was 8 percentage points lower smaller than the population of adults between 20 and 39 years old, which was 33% (33%). by 8%.
In regards to the figure of 2050 figure, it is noteworthy that the two largest portion age groups ( 40~59 and 20~39 years old) (여기도 괄호 없이 만들어보세요~) are expected to maintain its high position equally by 2050, accounting for 45% and 29% of the whole population, respectively. In addition, the rate of people between 0 and 19 years old will fall by half from 15% to 7% while that of the oldest age group of those over 60 years old will double to 19%.
