It is undeniable that
a large number of people try to develop their imagination and language skills by
reading books and watching TV. However, I strongly agree that people can improve
more creativity and language abilities when they read books.
On the one hand To begin with,
people can naturally imagine naturally non-visible things after they read a book. It
means that the imaginable range of 의도하신 문맥에 따라 a/the story can be is widened more creatively. For instance,
people should have to only rely on their imagination to understand the face, behavior
and emotion of characters when they read some novels like the Harry Potter series
and or even books written by Murakami Haruki who is a world-class Japanese writer. It is
linked to developing more imagination than watching TV in which people can already
see the face and behaviors of the actor or actress. This is why reading a book helps
people developing their creativity more than watching TV.
Moreover, reading
books plays a crucial role in developing language skills rather than compared to watching
TV. To put it another way, people can study their own deficient part of the
language whenever they want. For example, there are a great deal of categories
of language books like grammar, dialogue, vocabulary and even words for
travelling. Therefore, learners have an opportunity to study a part which they
wanted to know deeply while they have to wait the program of their own insufficient
category even though there are many language education broadcasts on TV. As a
result, people have much less time to develop language skills relatively when
they watch TV to study. Hence, their language skills tend to develop a lot less when compared to reading slightly.
In conclusion, as I
mentioned above, I agree that people will get more abundant creativity and
language abilities ability if they read books rather than watch TV.
