Lots of workers are lack of exercising while they are working and having a free time so that they have a problem with their health. I will write about why people would not exercise often and will suggest solutions for this problem.
Workers cannot focus on their body health because they have a lot of work and also, will be get tired easily after work. Therefore, they more focus on sleeping or eating. Workers usually want to take a nap or eat snacks during free time other than exercising. It is significantly hard to balance with life of work and exercise for them. Physical and mental health are significantly important but, workers barely concentrate on their health due to a high duty of work. However, if workers are not taking care of their health, the possibility of having disease can much higher than those who exercise.
Even though working people are exhausted after work, I want to suggest that workers need to exercise even a few minutes. They can set up for exercise time during work just for ten minutes. They can stretch out their body at office or walk a little bit around company. Additionally, company can set up a work-out program during work. For example, company can make a variety of exercise programs before lunch or in the morning so that everyone can enjoy and activate their health. Also, if company gives a reward to people who are participated in the program, more people will be interested in exercising. This program can motivate their work and also, that will promote their health.
In conclusion, nowadays many workers barely do an exercise but, solutions that I suggested above will be helpful for their health mentally and physically.
