In detail, sodium and saturated fat follows a similar pattern. Nearly a half of sodium is consume in dinner at 43%, while the figure for sodium accounts for 14% in both breakfast and lunch. As well as sodium, saturated fat also constituted the highest consumption in dinner at 37%. Also eating snacks took the second place by just over one fifth, closely followed what it was for lunch at roughly a quarter.
As far as added sugar is concerned, the patter was quite different. Eating snacks made up the biggest part consuming sugar at 42%, which almost twofold of what it was for dinner. Interestingly, having food with added sugar in breakfast made up the smallest part of the chart like the other two charts, while there were slightly more sugar added in lunch at just under two out od ten
