The table chart illustrates the survey of Germany’s workplace complaints which is divided into eight categories, and differentiated according to gender.
Overall, if we look at the total survey result, it is obvious that excessive noise comprised the largest proportion. On the other hand, the lowest ratio was sexual harassment.
Many employees had a hard time dealing with irritating noise, survey result of men was 20%, and women was 26% which was the highest percentage only in women. The top complaint in men was annoying co-workers with 34%, however, women had less percentage about co-workers compared to men which indicated 9%. Also, men were annoyed regarding relationship with the line manager which is noteworthy that men had a difficult time dealing with relationships, but women only showed 7%.
It is clear that women were irritated by lack of privacy which marked 21%, yet men showed a lower ratio about privacy than women which was 9%. In addition, the category of lack of technical support possessed considerable outcome, women had a larger ratio on the figure than men which was 16% and 3%, respectively.
