Overall, most residents of Melbourne visit to a cafe for coffee or tea but locals of Adelaide go to the cafe relatively lower than in other cities.
Regarding the city, Sydney, 61% of people visited the cafe in the last 4 weeks but approximately 45% of people bought instant coffee in the last 4 weeks, which was the lowest percentage among the five cities. People who bought fresh coffee in a month is slightly fewer than the instant coffee’s percentage (44%). In Melbourne, the fresh coffee was bought by roughly 43% of residents and around 64% of people went to a cafe in the last 4 weeks. The city of Brisbane, nearly 34% of locals bought fresh coffee, which was the smallest rate compare to the other cities, however, the proportion of consumption in the instant coffee buying habit was noticeably higher than fresh coffee in the last month. Looking at the comparison of Adelaide and Hobart, Adelaide residents bought less fresh coffee than Hobart and the Hobart residents went to the cafe for the coffee and tea significantly larger than Adelaide people.
