It is a common belief that learning subjects such as art and music at school is waste of time. However, I firmly believe that learning those subjects at schools help students to foster their creativities and also create opportunities to relieve their stress.
To begin with, students are able to encourage their creativities through art and music classes that are teaching at schools. As we know, those two subjects are the major classes of performance creativity, that require students to show the different outcomes from the others. Take an example of a drawing competition. There is only one topic given to students who participant in it. However, as one might assume that, the outcomes of the participants are totally different from each others, showing how the participants have various ways to think.
On the top of that, the subjects of art and music allow students to relieve their stress while they are performance those. Not only students but also grown people enable to relieve their stress whilst they are singing, playing instruments, or drawing. Several years ago, some researchers tried to figure out how the creative activities influence at human brain. Finally the studies have verified that having creative hobbies such as learning piano or coloring activities help people to free from their stress.
To sum up, learning creative subjects like art and music promote students’ creativities and give an opportunity to relive their daily stress. For these reasons, I highly recommend students to learn some activities that they can show their creativities. |
