Actually, doing nothing is the best distraction for busy people. They often feel stress because their life is fast changing, and for them, life is stressful because it is a very long story. When they do nothing, they can make it into pieces and make many short stories. When it is shortened, it can be much easier to be understood, and they can feel much lighter. They can start by looking up in the blue sky and clearing away the brain fog.
Also, doing nothing means keeping distance and not involving in life situations, and this indifference trains the mind of people to see life objectively and feel a sense of being in present. It empties their minds and leads them to reach the fulfillment of their own life. This shift of mind can change the energy that they are surrounded by and bring more positivity into their life.
In conclusion, it is recommendable to do nothing when people have time. This is because it slows down their busy life and helps them see it more clearly. |
