In modern society, it is true that the number of kids that married couples have on average has been decreasing for several decades now. I firmly believe that this brings a positive effect to our society because it would solve the unemployment problem and have a better education environment.
To begin with, there would be much more job opportunities which would solve the unemployment issue in today’s competitive world. Recent study conducted by Seoul National University, one of the prestigious universities in Korea, proved that the unemployment rate gradually decreased from 70 percent in 1967 to 45 percent in 2019 as a consequence of less individuals searching for a place to work. When unemployment issues are solved, citizens would be healthier mentally and physically since they would be less stressed.
On top of that, better quality of education environment would be provided for those newly born generation since the class sizes would be reduced. My experience when I was in elementary school would be a compelling example of this. We had 40 people in my homeroom class, however, the amount of complaints from the parents and guardians were immaculate. As a result, our class sizes were plunged to half and the satisfactory rate was 80 percent according to our school. Due to the fact that it is going to accelerate the learning environment and lead them to be a future leader,
To sum up, having an extended education and solving the issue of unemployment would be a big plus to our society, I am confident to say that the number of children that married couples have on average has been declining is a positive development.
