In general, it is noticeable that nearly half of Australian men and women did physical activity on a regular basis in 2010. We can also see that middle aged females were the most physically active, while males aged 35 to 44 did the least. Looking at the youngest age group (15 to 24), 52.8% of Australian men did exercise regularly, and nearly half of women did it on a regular, at 47.7%. Females aged from 25 to 44 were physically active approximately 50%, on the other hand, even not close to half (42.2%, 39.5%) of males from Australia exercised regularly in 2010. In addition, 53% on average Australian women did regular physical activity between the ages of 45 and 64, while men, lower around 8% than women, were physically active, 43.1% and 45.1%, respectively. Finally, Australians aged 65 and over were almost identical, approximately 47%.
