Your Answer ▼ It is true that most students, after graduation
from high schools, have a dilemma of whether they should find work or continue
their study in a university. I believe that students should study more in universities
or colleges beyond school level.
There are a great number of reasons why it
is better for students to do further study in universities than looking for jobs
straight after graduation. First of all, students graduating from a university
have more and better job opportunities because most companies want to hire employees
who have professional qualifications and universities are designed to teach
courses based on a qualification. Secondly, university graduates tend to earn
more salaries because university graduates have higher chance to be promoted in
a company. For example, in big companies like Samsung, employers tend to
promote workers who have uni or college diploma.
Last but not least, I believe that it would
be even better for those who have not yet chosen their career path if students decide
to study in universities. Evidently, it is not uncommon to see students who
already decide their career path. however, universities have various courses,
so students might find interesting in one of those courses and choose it as their
profession. Using personal example to support my point, I decided my career
path while I was studying in university, so I would not have been able to find it
if I had not studied in university.
In conclusion, for the benefits mentioned
above, it seems to me that working without learning a level of university education
has no advantages in every way.
