Overall, the most major reason is the desire to see a particular performer; while the least important reason is related to work related one.
Looking at the table closely, the percentage of people who desired have desire to see performers has remained stable for two decades, from 58% twenty years ago to 56% at present. The feature of today(56%) shows only a 1 percentage point difference than that of ten years ago.
On the other hand, it can be seen that the percentage of people accompanying children increased significantly during this period. Today, the proportion with this reason was 24%, which is twice more percentage points as high compared to that of twenty years ago. The percentage of people who are going the events with work related reasons was 6% twenty years ago and 10% ten years ago respectively. With this increasing trend, they took up 11% now.
For people who made a visit because of a special occasion category, the percentage had dropped from 27% twenty years ago to 20% ten years ago. It is 9% today, which means that it have decreased more sharply for the recent ten years. |
