These diagrams represent two different rooms which can contain maximum 8 people and maximum 10 people each.
Overall, the two places have a similarity in that they both have bookshelves, table, coffee machine, and desks. However, desks of the room B were all gathered together, whereas those of the room A are separated into two parts. Moreover, organization of other stuffs is different between these two places.
Looking at the diagrams more closely, bookshelves are upper left side of the Room A, while they are on the lower right corner of the room B. As for coffee machine, it is down below of the room A, whereas it is upper right side of the room B. As I mentioned above, desks are divided into two groups in the room A. However, in case of the room B, they are all together. Last, as table can be placed in the middle of the room A because desks are on the left and right sides. But, table in the room B must be between desks and bookshelves.
