While having dwelled in the community of the overpopulation in the world, people are interested in owning a home rather than renting one in some countries in order to feel safe and give them or their families stable shelters. I would like to write about the disagreement of owning a home.
When it comes to the bubble of real estates, in some countries which consist of small territories, it could be a serious problem to have the own home rather than to rent one because the economic situation is getting in depression due to the lack of circle of money so that people just invest their asset into real estates for houses. For example, in South Korea, this bubble situation is present. South Korea is small country and should depend on trades such as imports and exports about edge technologies and skills or strategies for business to make South Korea powerful because this country is not able to make resources itself like water and a lot of crops due to the insufficient land. Unfortunately, people in this country try to be an official who work for the government to get a pension and invest their money into the real estates. Eventually, the economy is getting stucked and in deperession deeply.
In terms of the gap between the rich and the poor, if people start to own a home, the rich is having a lot of houses more than the poor can since their difference of moeny is unpredictable significant. Consquently, the poor does not have any place to live near the capital city and would be kicked out to rural area cheaper than urban place to rent a home. For instance, in Japan, the gap between rich people and poor people is getting serious these days with serious deterioration problems which too many old people who are over 65 years old are occupied in Japan. While rich people live and enjoy their lives thanks to the apartment and house they own without effort to work, the poor and old people struggle and fight for a home and cost of living because they do not afford. There are lots of old people who are dying without families in just one room studio in Japan.
In conclusion, Owning a home rather than renting one could be dangerous for the economy in some countries and the resident who lives there.
