Some people say that it is fair for each group member to be given the same grade after a group project.
Other think that different grades should be allocated based on the level of contribution.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Many education experts argue that it is fair to distribute the scores of the group project fairly to each member. However, my opinion is that each member should be given a different score depending on their contribution.
From a different perspective from mine, it is said that teamwork is important in group assignments, so student should get the same score. It is said that the overall results should be evaluated, not the contribution of each member. Taking my college days as an example, I did a lot of group projects in college. Most of the tasks were evaluated as results, and I learned how to achieve my goals as a group through these tasks.
In my view, students are not prepared for the real world, so they have to pick up different scores. In reality, people who don't do their part have to pay. Also, complaints about many group projects indicate that many people have no equity and fairness when they do group projects. And someone complained that they did more homework and someone did less. For another example, on a sports team, the best players get the highest salary and the incompetent players are replaced. As such, I think scores should be given according to the team's or group's contribution.
In conclusion, while being evaluated as a result of a task is the way of evaluation, I firmly believe that it is right to give members a score based on fairness and contribution.
