I am writing this letter to report the problem of my laptop which I bought last month from your company.
My name is MongkiKim and I live in Chatswook and have been using your company's products over 10 years I was allways was satisfied with its after service as well.
On Monday , the last week of Janauary , I visited your branch near my neighborhood and bought the latest laptop NS5002000. The staff explained to me that all parts inside of laptop are perfectly woking well and should be no problem to use immediately. However, when I got home and start to work , the screen suddenly got blurry and half of the screen changed color in black. I could not see the screen well. Of course , I turned the laptop off and on again, but did not work.
I am working as an interpreter of Netflix and have due date to submit subtitles by this end of week. It may cause complains from my customer if I do not hand in before the deadline. This is urgent issue as customer puts top priority on this movie.
I already called 24 hour service center and explained this situation. They were supposed to call me back in few hours but did not hear from them so far. As today is Monday, I request you to handle this as soon as possible. We can have remote share screen service so staff can check from my screen or service staff can visit my place before 6pm anytime as I will be working at home.
