I am one of the tenants at your property in Kensington
Street, Brighton, and writing this to complain about the hot water issue, which we
had discussed 4 weeks ago.
As you know, the shower in the main bathroom often does not
provide hot water, and the problem has not yet been fixed even after the
workmen’s visit last week. The main problem is that now the weather is getting
incredibly cold, therefore, it is really inconvenient inconvenience to take a shower without
hot water. I am so frustrated about the situation, because the issue was
reported to you so long ago, and there has been no progress to solve it.
I would be grateful if you can arrange us a temporary place
while the hot water issue is properly resolved. Also, on behalf of all other
tenants, I am officially requesting you to give us 40% discount on our rent for
the period we have been without any hot water supply.
