The bar graph details information about seven activities spent by adolescents in Chester each week between 2002 and 2007, units are measured in hours. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that while watching television was the most popular way to spent time, Bowling was the least preferred activity. Going to pubs and discos, watching television and shopping showed upward trends. In 2002, the rate of going pub and discos started below 10 hours and it showed a twofold (approximately 17 hours) increase in 5 years. Shopping began the lowest figure (around 6 hours) then rose, mirroring the trajectory of the former one and finishing at exactly 15 hours. In contrast, doing homework, doing sport and Bowling had opposite downward tendencies and the noticeable decrease are recorded in doing sport. Consuming time on doing sport was began with its highest at exactly 10 hours and it plunged to about 2 hours in 2007. There was a dramatic differences between watching television and bowling. The former increased from at 25hours to over 37hours throughout the period, whereas the later one started at just under 5hours and decreased to around an hours.
