Worker can be splited into less educated people and more educated people. Surely, there are differences regarding to(depending on) level of education. For this reason, some people argue that university graduates should earn more than less educated people because they must(might) have paid the amount(a number) of education fees. However, I disagree with this statement because the reward does not follow the level of education. I think that workers should be paid money according to their efforts and efficiency.
To begin with, workers should receive money to be followed by their efforts and ability. However, more educated people are always not more efficient than less educated people. Thus, less educated people can also have a good ability for working because this ability about work(삭제) needs various experiences as well as high level of(삭제) education. For example, there is a survey about proportion of class that(to) depend on their level of education. The survey says that there are 43% of secondary school graduates and 53% of university graduates about high class in 10 corporations. Therefore, this survey says that there is not any relation that level of education effects to level of worker.
In addition, if more educated people receive more money than less educated people, a great deal of students would have thoughts that education is the most important stuff in their lives. Furthermore, their parents would force them to focus on only studying. As a result, they would grow up without any abundant experiences, and have narrow perspective. However, a group cannot be operated stably by uncreative people because they do not have ability of response about(dealing with) emergency situations due to a lack of experiences.
In conclusion, some people think that earnings depend on their level of education. However, I refute to(삭제) this opinion because workers should be paid reward(wages) according to their ability, not their education level.
