It is a traditional belief that teenagers should study rather
than work as a part-time workers. However, there is a more persuasive
arguent that part-time jobs can be more beneficial to teenagers for some
reasons.
To
begin with, part-time jobs can offer a better way to youngster's future
dream. While working as a part-time job workers, they can see and learn
new skills in the specific field. Let's take a exmaple of student's who
want to become a car technitian in the future. If he can get a part-time
jobs in garages, he can experience various car breakdown situations by
degrees, and he can naturally step forward to his real dreams.
On
top of that, job experiences from young ages help to grow adapation
abilities. While doing job tasks, even trivial tasks, they can know how
to deal with other people in a proper way. For example, some studies
show that average working period of company of staffs who got a
part-time jobs when they were teenagers was 15% longer than those who
had no part-time job experiences.
According to traditional views, students in a part-time job
cannot concentrate on their studies in schools and get low marks in
their school subjects. It may be concern, however, it is just a problem of how much hours they spend their time in working. If they adjust the amount of time with their parents, this concerns will be easily overcome.

to there dreams, and helps to build a strong adaptation personalities,
