▶ Your Answer :
It is true that people live in globalised
world unlike living in the past that not allowed other nations’ cultures and
materials. Globalization brings benefits to many different countries in many
ways, however I believe that we cannot ignore it has significant disadvantages
too.
To begin with, globalization can raise
world’s economies especially in developing countries. Since countries have
allowed obtain other countries goods and cultures, from country to country can
import or export products freely in terms of free trade agreement. To illustrate
this, poor countries’ produced crops and general merchandises are sent to other
nations all over the world. Therefore, developing countries can earn a large
amount of income than the past ,and finally their economies can grow gradually.
Clearly, people, who are in developing countries, live with a standard income because
of globalization.
However, globalization can lead to negative
aspects for certain developed countries. Genuinely, it has a problem relating
to the labor cost. A great amount of people who come from poor nations migrate
to rich countries to find jobs because rich countries may give higher salaries
than poor one, and labours from developed countries are willing to work for
little bit lower salaries than local people as they think they still get paid a
lot than their countries. As a result, employers prefer to select workers from
overseas, particularly from poor nations, and local people can face a loss of
job opportunities.
In conclusion, globalization can increase
global economies especially developing countries’ economies are raised by
trading, however, I believe it also brings demerits of local people who are in
developing countries as they lose their jobs because of low labour cost
workers.
