The charts below how the performance of a bus company in terms of punctuality, both actual and target (what actually happened compared to what the company was trying to achieve), and the number of complaints and passengers.
The graphs concerning theinformation (여기 포함 띄어쓰기 오류가 꽤 있는데, 아마 붙여넣는 과정에서 생긴 시스템상의 오류로 보여집니다. 고로 저는 채점할 때 따로 반영하지 않겠지만, 실전에서는 다르니까 주의해주세요!) regarding the relationship between a bus company and customers byshowing how the company have been punctual the company was and customer’s feedback from 1999 to 2003. Overall, it is clearly seenthat the punctuality of the bus company has been fluctuated and did could have not reached the goal throughout the given period except from the year of 2003 but,at the same time the number of complaints from passengers showed a peak in 2003.
Turning to the first graph, thelowest percentage of arriving on time was in 2000 with 82% and it showed thebiggest gap between the target which was 86% during the period. In 2001, thenumber of actual and target got closer with just over 84% and 85% respectively.Besides, it is interesting to note that the number of arriving on time slightly overtook the target number in 2003 by recording approximately 85%. With regard to the complaintsin the second chart, the number started around 70 and consistently showed anupward trend throughout the period aside from the year of 2001 since it droppeda little. However the number of complaints have increased in 2002 and 2003 by reachingover 100.
총평: 표가 없어서 내용상의 첨삭과 점수를 드리지는 못했는데, 적어도 보이는 것만으로는 내용상 분석에서 문제가 있어보이지는 않습니다. 문제는 표현인데, 비록 시제 말고 '틀렸다' 라고 할 수 있는 건 많지 않지만, 어휘와 문장 구조가 비교적 제한적인 상황이라 이쪽에서 점수를 벌어가기에는 어려울 거에요.
