The given data illustrates that how much proportion each household shared; washing machine, computer, phone, internet and DVD player in the United States between 1995 and 1999. 

Overall, washing machine kept the highest percentage while the least popular categoris showed some fluctuations for given period. 

Looking at the line graph more closely, one can see that the figure for washing machine went up from 60% to 80% for 4 years. Regarding phone and computer, even though the popularity of phone was approximately half of computer at the beginning of the year with 20%, it  outnumbered the figure for computer at the end of the year with a dramatic increase, from 20 to nearly 75%.

 Turning to the remaining, the figure for internet and DVD player had different trajectory for each year in 1995 and in 1998. Except for the years, it had similiar trend between 1996 to 1998.
