What advantages and disadvantages can come of this trend?

It is a common belief that working from home due to advanced technology has benefited both employers and employees. However, there is a more persuasive argument that the disadvantage of working from home far outweighs (파란 부분 관해서는 총평에서 말씀들겠습니다.) the ordinary style in terms of the quality of concentration as well as inefficiency in time management.

On the one hand, traffic jams during rush hour can be soothed by an increasing number of people working from home. Since most offices are densely packed in the center of cities, people commute the same busy routes over rush hour.
