It is true that owning a house has become
more popular than paying rent in densely populated countries such as Japan
and Korea. There are possible causes to this trend and pros and cons that this
situation might lead. (제가 해드린 것처럼, 문단을 구분할 때에는 엔터키를 두 번 쳐주셔야 합니다.)
There are two main factors that have led to
rise in buying a house. One of the main causes is that as renting fees are growing
higher, people tend to save this charge to reduce their living expenses. They might
think it is better to pay back a loan rather than to lose their money to pay off
rent because a house is regarded as one of the great properties.
This situation can lead both advantages and
disadvantages to our society. On positive notes, as long as workers have a desire
to have their own house, they work hard to get paid greatly. It can motivate
the economical success in each household to become wealthy. However, I believe
that being eager to own a house motivates people to take out a loan, therefore, it
can greatly impact on real estate market to boom. According to that, it is
inevitable that excess demand will lead to price spikes, followed by the gap
between the rich and poor to be larger and larger.
To sum up, it seems that housing issues are
getting increased and impacts our daily lives in positive ways as well as in negative
effects. |
