Your Answer ▼ The map illustrates how a public park changed
from its first opening in 1920 to these days.
As clearly seen from the map, there were
two entrances in both north side and west side, and five seats were prepared in
1920. In addition, three rose gardens were in Grange Park at first, and the
pond for water plants was in the northern west of the map. The fountain was
situated in the centre of the park, and a stage was constructed next to the
fountain. The glasshouse was across from the pond,
and it is disappeared today.
It is noteworthy that the fountain was changed
into a rose garden surrounded by four seats in these days. Also, café replaced
one of the rose gardens and next to the café, children’s play area was built.
Overall, with the exception of rose
gardens, many facilities were added such as café, amphitheatre, water feature
and so on, while many things including pond, stage and fountain were disappeared. |
